Who we are

Crescendeo is a boutique consultancy. We help organizations of all sizes get better at getting work done, whether that's a plant floor, a product launch, an IT department, or an executive team trying to turn a strategy into results.

Crescendeo was founded by Josh Kite, an industrial and systems engineer with an MBA and 28 years of experience. Josh is a named inventor on three patents. He spent much of his career as an IT project manager and has studied and practiced everything from traditional waterfall project management to Scrum, enterprise Kanban and SAFe. That range matters, because we fit the approach to the organization and not the other way around.

When an engagement calls for more hands or a specialty we don't carry, we partner with other boutique consultancies we know and trust. You get the right team without the big-firm overhead.
